1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Knowledge Nest School Management System, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms represent a binding legal agreement between your educational institution and the owner entity Sri Gajapade Organisation.

2. Service Provisioning and Trial Period

Upon registering a new school instance through the landing page, the instance is placed under a status of `pending`. Upon activation by the Super Admin, the school receives a 30-day trial subscription. Sri Gajapade Organisation reserves the right to suspend access to the portal upon trial expiration if active renewal agreements are not fulfilled.

3. Billing and Renewal Terms

Subscription renewals are tracked via active checks: `if (subscription_end_date >= CURDATE() && status == 'active')`. School instances with expired dates are redirected automatically to the renewal page.

4. Intellectual Property

All source files, triggers, custom database schemas, assets, layout structures, and software resources uploaded by Super Admin are the exclusive intellectual property of Sri Gajapade Organisation. No code segment may be distributed or cloned without explicit written consent.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

Knowledge Nest is provided "as is" without warranty. Sri Gajapade Organisation is not liable for data loss, server downtime, or Firebase SMS delivery delays. For billing support, please mail billing@gajapade.org.
