For users registering under Knowledge Nest, we collect standard organizational metadata (School Name, Administrator/Principal Name, Email address) and mobile telephone numbers.

2. Authentication and Third-Party Data Exchange

We leverage Firebase Authentication (a Google Service) for passwordless mobile OTP validations. By entering your Indian Mobile Number (`+91`), you acknowledge that your mobile contact is transferred to Firebase parameters to deliver SMS codes. We do not store or transmit passwords; we map the verified Firebase User ID (UID) token directly to your local profile row inside our secure MySQL databases.

3. Logical Data Separation

All files uploaded to the bulletins (Communication Center) and support systems are logically partitioned by database identifiers. We maintain strict query restrictions to isolate school records, assuring that only pre-registered staff and principal accounts within your school instance can access the data.

4. Cookies and Sessions

We use standard encrypted PHP Sessions to track active logins. Sessions are cleared upon clicking the logout trigger or after period inactivity timeouts.

5. Corporate Disclosures
